I think putting some additional effort into your application would go a long way in terms of being considered for a staff role. Things like linking your previous application instead of telling us to go and look for it, giving us some more info on why you want to be staff, and maybe why you like playing on the server and supporting the community. Trusted applications aren’t a life or death situation so you don’t have to act with professional decorum or anything, but a little more outward effort might show that you’re willing to put that same level of effort into the community.
