Holiday stuffed roll recipe from my grandma:
Ingredients
One dozen “brown ‘n’ serve” rolls (dinner rolls).Kings Hawaiian rolls are generally too sweet for this and not recommended.
One tiny can diced Ortega peppers.
One tiny can of black olives (optional).
One diced up onion.
One pound crisp fried bacon, crumbled.
½ cup mayonnaise to start with.
Worcestershire sauce.
One or more cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
Directions
1) Fry up the bacon until it's either mostly crispy or completely, your preference!
2) Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl keep adding mayo until it's a perfect creamy consistency.
3) Get either a pyrex or metal baking sheet and line up all the rolls on them with cuts in the top so you can fill them with the contents.
4) Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees and stick the rolls in for 5-8 minutes. The crispier the better but you have free will!
