And to explain why i got that and nothing else, My clips dont always clip actually pisses me off sometimes... And the later times he called us retards i was banned, cant clip shit when banned.

So you have no evidence of any of your claims of current harassment other the minor banter on discord? (And I am including the bans that you for some reason refuse to appeal, since we can't really count those as harassment unless they were executed falsely with no evidence.)  

You now added another claim with no evidence, which letting someone break a rule isn't harassment that's just called neglect of duty, which on TTT would be classified as a Major Offense under TTT's staff guidelines and be a strike if it was a normal staff, on PH it would likely be a strike under there Three Strike Policy as well,  meanwhile Murder didn't publicly post about their strike system, but they do indeed have a three strike policy for normal staff.   How this would apply to a sitting admin is up for debate since to the majority of staff Admin's should not be getting strikes.   But for that you also would have to provide evidence for this to matter. 


The biggest take away is without any actual evidence of harassment or rule breaking we can't / won't act.

Its not simple banter it me calling his ass out and him dismissing it acting as he is untouchable.. Cant and wont act despite being gone for 2 years, him being gone for just as long.. GETTING ON AND IGNORING RULE BREAKERS TO STRICTLY TARGET US 3, Thats the harassment, thats the targeting, had he done it to everyone then id be different, But not he ignored everyone else to go after the ones hes had issue with in the past which i posted to prove hes had issue with in the past, issues that were brought fourth and reversed with nothing happening to him afterwards.. Why the fuck should i make a ban appeal when im bringing this all up here, why sperate this into two fucking things when its all one damn incident, and can all be addressed as such.. Bring the damn evidence of our wrong doing here to defend his clear as day targeted harassment towards us.. but you wont make him do that... Funny how you want to talk about staff guidelines, False bans of the past not included in those strike? of course not, Ignoring rule breaks on the server not count as a strike... yeah nothing of the sort ever happened, and i made it clear in the rats be rats thread of all that.. Oh and if anyone not part of the cool group sees this.... Make sure you record every second of every minute or else it dont matter and they wont act.. No matter how long the issue have been going, not matter how many times they have been made public on here or discord, you will get fucked in the end...

Nothing is being shoved under a rug, a REQUIREMENT for ban requests and abuse reports is EVIDENCE of what occurred. 

You making this claim with no evidence to back it up. We can't take just the word of someone as evidence. Thats not how this works at all.

As I already stated the only evidence at all that there is harassment is the bans which he has yet to provide me with anything for. Even when asked. Literally said this in my first post. 

Wtf are you on about with this comment, I didn't even know about the other thread till this thread was made because it wasn't in any actual official place for reports. Literally the only mention of it at all to any member of the staff team was in web staff thinking your thread got out of hand. And I had no idea what it was about because of its dumb title. Like who names a report "Rats be rats in the end." and posts it in Community Discussions?
