Also Tori, I don't know if this is the problem you are having, but you can't install a game to your alt account if it is downloaded to your main account. You have to uninstall it first. Same thing gies for the vice versa.

Ohh that probably explains why i couldn't play Csgo on my main. I could only play it on my 2nd account.
