I am of the belief that he was falsely banned. If so, he should not have to wait a month to be unbanned. That would be ridiculous. The main reason he was denied was due to a lack of evidence. Unfortunately, he did not have enough time before his unban request was denied to provide further evidence. Unban requests should have a longer discussion time then what his previous one was afforded, a period of less than 24 hours.
