I've annoyed the shit out of Lycan for the 4 months, and only recently found out that he doesn't have the permissions. I'm at 87 hours right now and closer to Regular than I am master. At this point I don't really care that I'm not master, I just want to make sure I'll have my Regular rank around the time I hit 100 hours and not 200.

P.S. Lycan is a dick for not telling me that he doesn't have permission sooner.
