Ima have to give u a -1 On this one bud   :(  u had deleted your last app and didnt wait a month to apply / Trust me I did the same when I first started ( Wasnt the best idea because I had to wait 2 months to apply again ) 

For the rules and stuff
Like Nuru said just watch how they handle things and take notes as well Because you can learn a thing or two from them
( I do as well)Or even watch How Trusted handle things because one day you will be there.
And Watch how they control themselves
