Reason to Ban: ghosting props locations

Other: I done told kasumi when she came in game and done ban them for 2 weeks...… I also have noticed when I tried to join an different team or spectator … they stop so I had to go in the team with nachoo so I can get the proof then they started to ghost prop locations for one another making it difficult to gather proof but kitty has struggled to get one proof on trippie
