Bullying and Harrassment

In light of recent events, I'd like to voice my own input. No player, staff or not, should ever have to tolerate bullying, exclusion and harrassment on any of the servers. As advertised, the Dinkleberg's servers are supposed to be a fun and friendly environment for anyone of all ages, genders, races, religions and sexual orientations. A freaking bisexual horse from Mars with 3 legs and 2 heads and 3 tentacles coming out of each armpit would be able to join the server and we'd all accept him and make him feel welcome and loved. I've witnessed (and occasionally been a target of) far too many instances of abuse and bullying by the sound of their voice, their accent, religion, race, gender and we need to do more to prevent this. 

Obviously it's impossible to make this server perfect and have this situation perfectly locked down and I respect that. The staff have been working their arses off doing the best they can to prevent abuse within the servers. But more people recently have been pushed aside, feeling excluded, unwanted and unwelcome, simply for just merely being there. And I really think that needs to change. 

A player may be suicidal or just had a shitty day at work or school or something horrible may have happened in their personal life and the Dinkleberg's servers are their way of escaping reality. Being bullied on the server may just be the thing that pushes them over the edge, when we're supposed to be the place that offers a safe haven filled with good friends, hours of laughing so hard that you cry, countless hours of fun. We're supposed to be a big family and family means no-one gets left behind or forgotten, no matter what. 

You never know what someone on the other side of the screen is going through. So please, be kind.
