Coming from someone that staffs a discord that follows strict discord TOS and has discussed this with Discord moderators, having NSFW profile pictures can get you in trouble with Trust and Safety.
As for my opinion on the matter, considering the environment of Gmod and having servers with a younger player base, NSFW pfp shouldn't be allowed in the community. I go with the same logic as enforced on the servers. We dont tolerate NSFW things there, we removed the NSFW channel, so why should an NSFW pfp be allowed?
