So as an admin, we are supposed to keep staff in line, with the occasional abuse of power. Repeated offenses of abuse require punishment, not nessisarily ban, but something to restrict power for a period. The closest thing we have to that is ULX Jail, which limits TP commands and thats it. ULX freeze freezes targets looking, movement and restricts them from executing ANY ULX command. For an admin this is very useful for stopping some donor from abusing gag or some stupid shit like that.

I'd also like to point out that ulx fban works when the rank has access to both ulx ban and ulx freeze.
