So this guy was on the whole night and was pretty chill to play with, he didn't really rdm before this. What happened was goof and me were messing with a c4 that got picked up from a dead t. Goof armed it and then Bandit tried to disarm it and killed everybody. He is a newer player and I do not think he knew what he was doing. Only one person reported it and then that report was forgiven. Maybe a reduction in the ban would be good. As to rdming and leaving he did not have any active reports when he left as far as I know. @"GOOF" could back me up on this.
