I taggged dong because he already banned shmairlord for rdm and leave but I took a look at the damage logs and it looks like shmairlord kept damaging people as an innocent for no reason. I don't think dong was there for when No. and shmairlord first started to rdm though. I think he was just there only to see shmairlord rdm and leave hence the ban reason. Hopefully dong doesn't mind me doing this.
