Seeing how most people here already got the topic bout you needing to be a tad more involved in the community covered, I'm just going to skip that section.
I've often played with you on the server and personally I have yet to see any behaviors within the server that could need improvement before becoming staff. You get along great with the most, if not all, of regulars in the server and I've always seen you keep a level head even when the server can get a tad hectic when trolls are abundant. I'm going to give you a 0 for now due to the fact you are not very active in the community outside of the server, but honestly I am leaning to the +1 without that aspect. Good luck my dude!
