What can you do to help the community: Replacing Lycan for the only black member as a staff member on the server. Needs more diversity. 

Why you want to help the community: I can fulfilled the role as a active night staff member for late night sessions. A lot of hackers and trolls appear during the night when their isn't that many staff members on. Plus, you're very limited to stop those type of people as a donor
