I've had my fair share of witnessing some of these harrasments. I couldn't find much evidence as far as recordings go but from experiencing these acts in game, these two are trouble. They have been told to stop many times by staff and the players themselves to be left alone. Pav has made many quick jumps to chat whenever hearing that a "girl gamer" has joined and made most of them feel uncomfortable right away, from what I seen. I did however catch Pav addmitting he is a sex offender in in-game chat, i even took a few screenshots of relay from that time he talked about it. So judging from this and todays gameplay, I don't think its safe for either of them to be playing here, if they're both acting the same way.

Its a definate +1 from me.
