Reason to Ban: rude/vulgar language, promoting x rated websites, offering to send illicit videos (possibly to minors?)

I had warned all many times to cut out some of the profanity, as well as to keep conversations at a max of PG-13. My main concern is about the pornographic materials being promoted and them gathering private snap chats to send illicit videos to without knowing the age of receiving party.
If the video isn't enough for a ban, I'd at least like this report to be added to their profiles for future reference.
