Just go ahead and unban Shaye. I don't really think it'll make any difference to make them wait another month, so a reduction just seems unnecessary.
They alt-evaded, sure, but this showed that they really wanted to be a part of our community still. And from what I understand, they often got caught quickly on their alts and were banned fairly peacefully - no repeated mass RDMs on those alt accounts.
Like David already said, everyone makes mistakes and you already have demonstrated that you learned from yours. You have no alt evaded in quite some time, and you appear to be genuinely apologetic.
I don't see the need for all the stubbornness with an unban.
I still believe your first ban for "toxicity" was ridiculous. It was partly based on "donor abuse" which is usually resolved through removal of donor powers, but more so related to your use of the phrase "ASAB" which some people took way too seriously for some reason.
The second ban was for mass RDM, which is something we generally forgive quickly in unban requests with little dispute. Some staff members will even let you sit on the server to serve your three slays rather than jumping to a permanent ban. So when you alt evaded based on this punishment, it really shouldn't be thought of as something that makes you deserving of pariah status. Most likely you would have been unbanned anyways, so your alt evading was just you jumping the gun a little. Not the end of the world.
Just let Shaye return to and play on the server they love already.
