I think Prophunt had this problem some time ago, back when that weird screengrab addon got removed. If this is the same exploit then it would be cool to have Hani's fix added to the servers, because it has probably happened before..
And FYI, there are ways to pinpoint certain people running lag switch depending on what hack they're using to do it.. one trick I know is using ulx getgommandtable or ulx gethooktable on a player and seeing if you get data back.. if a player has a sophisticated enough hack the command will do nothing, but it will always return data on a normal player
