I'll look at the rest later, but with regards to staff, anyone wiht the rank "Trusted" "Test Mod" "Moderator" and "Admin" are all considsered staff. So you may have seen more staff on than not.
If you need staff for an emergency situation when no staff are available, you can also use the discord to ping on-call staff.
