Timestamps in video description. I actually didn't see Snowman0397's screenshake until I reviewed the video. Since his score was low (2 kills in 1 round) and Kitlomir was clearly hacking, I assumed it might be Snowman0397 just ghosting which I didn't have evidence to ban for.
Kitlomir is banned for 24 hrs. Snowman0397 left after I banned his friend. If the evidence isn't enough for Snowman0397, I apologize.
