Tips For Catching Ghosters?

So I've noticed there's been a lot of ghosters/hackers recently on PH. I'd like to know any tips on being able to spot them so I can record and report them.

I know the obvious ones.. friends being on the same team, VC ghosting, hunters repetitively beelining for props without really searching..
