According to https://steamid.eu/profile/76561198797263619 , you changed your name to "The Grim Reaper72" on March 26. Before that it was "[black] The Grim Reaper," since March 1 to March 26.
According to GameTracker, your playtime is extremely dismal with both of these names.
We've been in crisis mode for several weeks now, yet you have basically never got on. So I guess I'm a little confused about what makes you think that you deserve a promotion. You haven't contributed to the server or helped in any way for several weeks.
In addition to this audacious test mod application, I have been informed by resigned staff members that I should not allow you to be promoted. In fact, I was told that you were one infraction from being demoted.
Not only am I saying no to this application, but I am going to give you a resounding no. I find the fact that you applied for staff despite doing nothing at all to help this server in the past weeks extremely outrageous.

Plenty of time on TTT rather than PH as well in the most recent weeks.
