Huge thanks to @"Dinkleberg >:(" and @Foxka for making all this happen. As with many new maps there were a few bugs that were found will playing through the map yesterday. Ive ironed most of the bugs found yesterday in a patch I just released. Changes in TTT_dimmsdale_v1c

fixed fishbowl gravity bug
fixed door sounds
made jail in fairy world one big jail cell
wand now takes 3 seconds to recharge instead of 1
fixed glowing orb in fishbowl
added sound effect to wand
better hints for one of the secrets
