for instance the bullshite being sold for a grand total of 0 points

Bull$hite isn't in the halloween crate is it?

Issue is the classification of rarity levels for items is off, more expensive items are at more common levels to achieve.  All items in Halloween Crate seem to have sellback points more than 0.
