I wouldn't delete this if you plan on reapplying in the future, the criticism given in this thread will help you be successful on your next app.
Unfortunately Im going to also have to -1 this app, nothing personal but I feel like your not quite ready for staff. Get some discord presence and keep your time up and maybe things will change in the future. You do help players but at the same time theres (should be) a certain level of maturity expected from staff that I feel you don't quite meet.
