some people argue that it's common sense to not advertise but is it not common sense to not be racist, cheat, etc. ? i dont think it would hurt to include advertising in the rules to make the rules as explicit as possible and to prevent any further argument/confusion regarding the issue.. since it's bannable and all. :)
