Question is, how would they contact someone they can't find? If they're banned from forums, discord, and servers, they'd have no way of knowing who to contact. Best way would be for the proxy person to give them contact info?

If they are unable to reach/contact an admin or other staff member themselves another person such as Fred with this thread, could contact an admin via discord for them or share contact information for the banned person to contact the admin.
