[gBan] Lt_Deathstar has banned Jotaro Kujo - Duration: Indefinitely! (Chat spam with racial slurs)
Given the wall of text I found here I banned Kujo for racism, however I do not see much of anything on Blackdown. I looked in relay and found only one occurrence of the hard R which is not enough for a ban, only a warning. Unless there is further evidence this is where I leave it.
