I have to be honest, I was split on this one. In some areas I believe you are ready, while in a couple others I was unsure about. Looking at the community feedback, they appear to be split on this subject as well. I believe that the only real thing that you need to work on is your confidence in yourself when handling problems on the server instead of being occasionally walked on by troublemakers. If you work on this, I believe the confidence of the community will also grow in you and you will have a better chance next time.
