+1, I know I'm not actively playing at the moment (for reasons that some are aware of), but I believe he's an upstanding guy. Yes, the afk thing has been an issue in the past but from what I understand it's gotten better. He stands on business, and I believe he'd follow the staff rules to a T.

This is a bit of an unhinged reply. At any rate. I don't repeatedly stab the same person over and over. I follow the rules as they are stated. When it comes down to it, you're not going to find someone that will tell you "Vitamin D hates me and has stabbed me over and over." It has never gotten to that point, ever. And it wouldn't.
And I do have ADHD, I have prescriptions and a psychiatrist and all that stuff. I don't see why you would say something like that, and the drinking comment is equally bananas.

I'm now going off the assumption this is a serious app. You treated it like a shitpost, both first posting it in shitposting and telling milk to -1 you as a joke. So I'm not really convinced you want staff its more "if it happens it happens" feeling which I don't personally like. Even on the server I've never noticed anything standout of you as a person and since I've only been on for the halloween updates I don't have a read on your current person. As in the past most pervious interactions I had with you were not what I'd want for a staff member. Yet I've been told that you are "behaved" recently, So I'm going to have to hit this app with the dreadedly stale +0*

I very much appreciate your input. Getting a 0 from you means a lot because when I started playing on the server again we had a bit of a hard time getting along. I'd say it was largely me taking things too seriously. And over reacting to getting killed in questionable scenarios. But since then I learned not to let the little things bother me. And if we play together more I assure you that I'm here to have fun, and you are part of the fun. I enjoy playing with you. You're a fun person. 

And in regards to the seriousness of my application. I got some feedback about how some staff were viewed as tyrannical or buzz kills. I want people to be happy to see me get online. I wanted to set a tone. That I'm here to have fun. That I'm not the most serious individual. That I'm capable of taking constructive criticism. That I'm capable of enforcing the rules fairly for everyone. And that's what I intend to do if I'm given the opportunity.

I don't see any evidence that you have attempted to help with staff issues in the past, such as filing ban requests. It doesn't take that long for some drunk middle schooler to get on and cause problems, so I would recommend to file more ban requests.

Additionally, some of your comments concern me. For example, you've admitted that you Target in game people that you have beef with outside. Even if you are using legitimate means to do so, AKA not targeting live bodies, it's still a concern that you are going out of your way to do so.

Finally, the overall tone of this application and some of the responses come off as both lacking in maturity and as a bit defensive. While the trusted position is for growing, it is also a staff position that gives with it a lot of responsibility and privileges.

I was neutral when I first read it a couple days ago but based on feedback seen here, your responses to the criticism, and, primarily, the lack of ban requests is mentioned earlier, I am a +0/neutral. I should probably be ignored since I don't play anymore and don't know you but these are observations I just pulled from the app itself.

Let me try to be more clear about this. When I'm playing TTT I primarily just roam around crouched flashing my flashlight at people or just standing in a corner watching until something happens. I don't go out of my way to target people. There's no one I even dislike that much. When we're talking about grudges I'm not talking about outside of the game. I'm talking about interactions within the game. If someone rdm's me several times or says something shitty that's not against the rules, I'm probably gonna wanna stab them at some point but I wouldn't do it repeatedly. That's really as far as it goes. I said it before. You won't find anyone that says I have targeted them for repeated stabbings or any such thing. Because it just doesn't happen. I said "But I don't break rules or harass people over it." I don't break the rules. I don't target people. 

And for the ban request thing. If I'm online when something happens, I will record it and share it with a staff member. Through Steam or Discord. I'm not coming to the forums for ban requests because I just haven't done it before. I wasn't aware it was my place to do such a thing. And I can prove that I have helped staff with recordings of people slurring, minging, etc. It's just not on the forums. 

And one moar thing because my tippy tappy fingers just love yapping. Maturity is probably not something you're going to glean from my text posts. I'm a silly man. I'm 32, married, steady job, I own my house and car, and I have a college education. I come to Garry's mod to be silly. And my application would also be a little silly. I don't want people to feel like I'm coming along to hand out warn points like Oprah giving out cars. 

I appreciate your input on this. I will certainly work on my communication skills in that department. I am happy to receive constructive criticism. And I'll work on being less defensive. It's not on purpose. Sometimes it can be difficult to communicate tone through text.
