No ones perfect, if you hold these ridiculous standards then idk what to say to you.
Obviously holding grudges is not ideal, and being bias is a straight no. But I don't believe Vitamin would go that way, like so many others have (my experiences as a whole.) They're a constant player and I don't have a bad word word against them so why not +1

Nobody is perfect, certainly not me. I definitely wasn't moderator material when I first applied many moons ago. I've been pretty absent from the server as of late, I get a little bit addicted to stuff and with my new job I just haven't been around (and when I have been I've played Borderlands 4, lol). I've seen a lot of growth out of you fella, from the Togekith days to even handling some things behind the scenes. In the last 90 days I saw you, I didn't see any incidents. You got your shit together, and I recognize that.
It's trusted, it's not some crazy role with a ton of perms. Either you do it good or get demoted. +1

Hello Vitamin D, The Admin Team has deciding to deny your application at this time. The time farming was concerning as a general issue, but you for sure meet the time requirement and *mostly eliminated it after being reached out to by staff not really a major part of the decision.
Two main points for the decision:
There still is some concern about the previous behavior (mainly before name change). Also some of your framing as to how you currently handle issues is concerning. I get your point that everyone holds grudges to some extent. But I am not confident enough that you will be able to keep your responses to those grudges in your game play and they wont make it into how you handle reports. As staff you have to be capable of disconnecting a bit, and just following the guidelines or if you feel a bit to biased in a situation bringing in another member.
Point 2. Idk how else to say it. There is an over eagerness thats worrying and is showing up in a few ways. I remember when I made my first app [it was also denied], I was constantly reaching out to everyone I could and wanted everything to be perfect. I think Jammin touched on this overall point in his post, but to narrow it down from our perspective. Some of the defensiveness and trying to preempt certain things just makes me think you are more worried about this than you should be. If it flipped into a Trusted role now, I think you would carry that same feeling forward. Getting criticized by a bunch of people sucks and it is kinda constant when you are on server as staff. Figuring out when you need to justify your position and when you can just keep doing you without responding is important. Think warns/mutes/gags/slays and the rest of decisions trusteds make. Once you start responding it is very easy to get caught in the loop and for things to get worse.
Don't feel like this is a complete bar or anything. In a month if it seems like these issues have improved or resolved, trusted is a place to grow and figure out the rest.
