+1, have not really spoken to you in several years, but I can tell you have grown despite my past criticisms. That last tenure was a bit rough before the resignation, but tensions were high. Stuff happens for sure. I think resigning and eventually coming back is better than holding a slot, so shouldn't be held against you too hard.

Hello Damien the Admin team has decided to deny this application. Since your last application this summer there are a lot of positives coming from your presence in the community. The reason for your denial given for that app was "time to build trust." However, despite those positives and time since that app there have been multiple instances where you fed the flames of an unproductive situation. While not necessarily bad or breaking server rules, the staff team is looking for a more measured approach even if the other side does not reciprocate. If you do decide to apply again in the future, I would recommend that you work on identifying when a situation is unproductive and stepping away or providing a more measured response. Reapply date is 2/15/2025
