Man you've come a long way. I remember distinctly what happened in the past, and you've done just a complete 180 from how you were before. Granted, I can mostly only speak for interactions from discord and here on the forums, but man I'm proud of you and I think you'd do well coming back to the team.

I discussed the activity issue with Bryan yesterday but just to be transparent, I'm totally fine with leaving this up until I have shown stable, consistent activity.

+1 I wasn’t around for ‘old’ Salty so cant comment on that but the Salty I know would make great staff :) knows the rules, fun to play with, positive influence on the server

Salty's past has already been discussed and even brought up by him so I'm not going to go into a lot of detail on it. I really do believe he's learnt from the experience, that he's had time to reflect and think on it. I do believe that he deserves a second chance to prove himself. He's capable, calm and knows the server well. 

I have seen his attitude change massively on forums and the discord too.
