My vote is a -1 too many admins named Ryan, but +2 i think he'd be fine as one and GL on demoting inactive staff even when we had co-owners they weren't allowed to demote for that reason. Last staff(mass) demotion for inactivity was done without dinks permission on PH iirc

Ryan is by far the best candidate for admin. He is extremely knowledgeable on the rules, is fair when handling issues, and has essentially been doing an admins job already. He has already demonstrated leadership abilities in the community and would no doubt have a positive impact on the server.

+1 Probably one of, if not the best candidate for admin right now. Plenty of experience from previous communities and has done a fine job here.

i am slightly conflicted only in that it's a commonly held opinion, me included, that 3 admins is the perfect number for TTT, otherwise yes +1 just take the job from me before I can even climb back up :(
