What have been some challenges you've faced as a Trusted?: 
Certainly, my biggest challenge is timeliness. It's very challenging to both be thorough when handling a report and also be timely. Often times, my slays will be made a full round after the incident happened, sometimes longer. The time pressure is further increased by the limitations around death scenes. I think improvement will come with continued practice, but I'd also love to see what potential there is to improve the functionality of death scenes, as there has been some conversation about.

What have you done well as Trusted?:
My activity over the last ~month is something I take pride in, logging just under 200 hours since my last app was submitted. I'd like to believe that my staff actions have been just and my presence in the community have both been positive and constructive.

In addition to staffing on TTT, I plan to do what I can to encourage participation in the community's Discord & forums, hopefully improving participation in outside events & deepening involvement in the community as a whole.

+1, Bald is a great role model for the server, doesn't struggle when ending conflicts within the server. Really active as well, he deserves this role with all the stuff he has to deal with on the server.

See I disagree. He dosent cause issues... BUT HE IS THE ISSUE.... +1, just let me kill you every now again so I dont have to put in a mod abuse report and make you pay $400 to Tdawg4 for your hacks. 

I think this is a reasonable compromise. You get to abuse more, and I get to feel like im not a complete trash can at the game! Win Win in my book.
