When First Joined: I think around August of last year, but I didn't have time to play much until early this year.

Availability (Approx. times you play, and time zone): Usually I get on around 11pm, staying on usually until around 3am, but sometimes I stay until around 5am. EST.

What can you do to help the community: Sometimes when I am on the server past 1 AM, the server is left entirely without staff. This is not every time, but often enough that I felt something should be done. Those hours are the guests dominion, where they are free to RDM, Slur, and Harass without fear. They need to be prosecuted under the full extent of the staff, but this prosecution is often left unsatisfied until the moderators log on in the morning. Basically my biggest problem is the late night guests, but I feel I know the rules well. Well enough to pass judgement on more standard RDM's as well. 

Why you want to help the community:There are many regulars that are kind to me in this community. I have had positive interactions with pretty much every member of staff that I've played with and talked to for any period of time. It would cost me nothing to help out where the community needs.

Do you have any previous TTT staffing experience in Dinkleberg or anywhere else?: I had been given moderation powers on a server like 10 years ago. But I never did anything with them besides ban the odd RDMer.

You seem to be fairly active and from the times we have played you were pretty chill. Though I don't recall seeing any activity away from the server, such as in Discord or on the forums. I am going to be a neutral +0, but would be more than happy to change that once you get a little more active outside TTT!

I figured the "Mild engagement outside of server" requirement was going to hurt my application the most, but figured that I might be able to scooch by off good in-server reputation alone. That prospect is not looking promising, judging based off the.. erm... disappointing amount of replies this has gotten so far.
I am going strive to be active on the forums and discord, but I must admit the idea is daunting to me. For discord specifically, the idea of inserting myself into the conversations people are having between their friends and themselves just seems awkward to me, especially considering I don't ever interact in game with half of the people I see typing, due to hours I am active.

I will attempt to re-frame my line of thinking. Everyone I don't know is just a friend I haven't made yet! or something like that...

I’ve not had any bad experiences with you. You reach the correct number of hours, and you've got the balls to post on an admittedly dead forum looking to join staff. I appreciate the levity of your last post talking about the nerves of joining the community- gonna do the extrovert thing and drag you into interaction every time I see you now. You’re definitely a friend I haven’t made yet and I look forward to seeing more often!

People tend to not reply a lot to the staff applications haha. But definitely agree it is certainly weird to just insert into chats. A great way to get involved in not weird ways is hoping into some events! Damiens music event is a lovely one for that :) Regardless, I liked your response a lot. Mate, I totally get that as I am the exact same, discord is a scary place. Forums make me feel secure and not so awkward.

Pretty decent time for the last 30 days in my opinion compared to some of our current staff. Just because they don't play at the same time as you doesn't mean they don't play :)
