Market Down is humble, knowledgeable, active, proactive, compassionate, diligent, reliable, efficient, and a fair and neutral presence on the server in handling reports or issuing any other punishments. His overt humility has never been tinged by even a smidge of an ego in my personal interactions with him and I have never been given negative feedback about him from anyone else. I feel that if I mention an issue to Market Down whether it's that myself or someone else is in need of assistance or even just an offhand comment in passing he's going to take the initiative to act of his own accord if he feels it appropriate to do so for the situation. He has always appeared to me to be eager to protect the server, community, and player base as a whole. I trust him, I think he's a good person, I think he's great staff. slime needs the lime green name like yesterday.

Jesus christ Markek, is this a Gmod application or are you applying to an actual job (what am I saying, if you aren't treating staffing a TTT server like your 9-5 then what are you doing with your life)?

You are genuinely one of the best staff this server has currently. One of the most active as well. You defuse situations well (even when you are expressing negative emotions, you are still very calm and collected), don't really have any bad warns/slays, and overall just gets shit done. What more could you want out of a moderator?
