What can you do to help the community: I already know how to use Awarn and the RDM manager so I would be able to easily pick it up. With my (current) open availability I'd be able to quickly respond to help pings. I'm also already in staff chat so I would be able to instantly access the watch list and such. Plus previously being Deathrun staff I already have an idea of how to use the discord channels

Why you want to help the community: I'm already helping the community as a TTT DEV with new weapons and cosmetics but I want to do more for it. Because genuinely I don't have fun playing TTT as a gamemode anymore. When I join I only want the interactions, funny moments, and community. I'm not able to compete with the people who drive by bhop at 1000km/s, Too often I'm forced to wait around until I'm just walked up to and blasted by a shotgun or crossbow dropshot before being able to react. Then I end up getting slain for getting spooked and killing anyone who walks up to me with a shotgun or who holds their deagle out to me while standing still. I know people have done it to me on purpose too just so I kill them. I don't know how to play against my T-Buddies choosing not to fight their friends so in a 2v1 situation I'm the 1. I don't want to have to feel the pressure of having to actually compete in a round but I don't want to be hated just because I'm alt walking around spraying pictures of cats on the walls just having conversations. I want to still be able to provide something to the game in the form of handling reports and warns to keep the good times rolling. Without the stress of if I'm going to accidently kill a T-Buddy because he didn't tell me he muted my voice chat or the detective not mentioning they gave a freeze gun to a random person who I kill for having a t weapon.

Your dev work made a huge impact on the server, and i'm sure everyone is as grateful as i am. but i don't think your fit to be staff, i feel that your current position is perfect for you.
If you're burnt out and don't enjoy the game, handling reports and dealing with issues won't make it any more fun.

I agree with Nelluc and caribou about the dev stuff. You have definitely had a significant impact on the server and I appreciate all the dev work you've done, but I don't really think you're convincing people with the "Why you want to help the community" section. Out of the 10 or so sentences you wrote in that paragraph, 8 are complaining about your current gripes with the server. The only real "Why" I can pull from that paragraph is that you want to keep the good times rolling, but after reading the same paragraph, it doesn't really seem like you're having a good time at all which for me leaves the question of "Why" unanswered

staff are under more pressure from community members and are expected to handle all aspects of the rules. if you only enjoy ttt for the conversations and helping the community with dev stuff, there's no need for you to be staff. -1

This is an application for Trusted. Staff? Yes. Bearing some kind of "work load" that actual mods and administration do? No.
d33r is fairly active in the server and decently active in the community at large.
What this server needs right now is the active players pitching in (through Trusted) and slaying players that are acting up. Right now we don't have a lot of staff that are consistently on the server.
Would I recommend someone who may get burnt out moving past trusted? Probably not!
Let's not turn away smart trustworthy members of this community from helping out with the little things, especially when said person is already trusted enough to mess with the server on the back end.

I personally believe if you are on the dev team you should also/already be apart of staff team in some way. On top of that i think you would be a great addition to staff. You understand the game and have previous experience staffing in other game modes which is basically the same principle.
The only thing id say i have an issue with is you not having fun with TTT anymore. I lowkey feel like you should enjoy playing what you are applying to be staff in, just kinda a weird vibe. Cause its usually staffing that makes people dislike TTT when they enjoyed it prior.

But ima still say +1 cause why not

I'm neutral. I echo the appreciation of all the dev work you've selflessly done here over the past year or so. I'm concerned about the bhop statement specifically, as I don't feel it is proper to regulate how other players play the game. Tryharding is not something I feel should be regulated.

That being said I'm largely neutral simply because I'm not active enough to vote. All of my recent interactions with you leave me no concerns.

You are already in the staff discord and (presumably) have access to staff channels, so that concern is moot - and that's usually my largest concern when joining staff at trusted level. I see no issue with you handling RDM reports. But, the concerns raised above by Sailor and Caribou are valid.

Devs only have access to dev chat channels and the general chat sort of area of the staff discord.  Just want to clear this up.

No one is going to hate on you for playing the way you want to play, everyone loves Cloudy and Dropbear and they just have fun in their own ways. I don't think your reasoning for wanting staff is strong enough.
