Just to give an update, we are discussing things, but as of right now, there is no evidence (like we haven't been given any) on either side of harassment for this most recent event other then in my personal opinion that something fishy seems to be up with those perma bans that were handed out (I do suggest making official appeals for those) , which we also haven't been given any evidence for why they were applied when we asked about them.

Evidence? Like i said i dont have Video of his calling us Retards, however withing those Screen Shots i have him saying who cares when i called him out about it, followed by he has nothing to lose... This is all but saying yeah i said it... No denial of it just a attitude of who cares that i called you that and i have nothing to lose..

Ive shown Plenty of evidence for past Harassment towards Phantom mostly, just to show a pattern here as this is, as i said on going... As much as i could find as its hard to search old deleted accounts... The Links to old threads ive posted shows the past stuff towards my friend group itself.. The 7 regulars he ran off that day... 4 of those that decided to come back after 2 years and shortly after get called HIGHLY INAPROPRIATE names, followed by bans for 3 of those players.. ONLY THE THREE HES HAD ISSUE WITH IN THE PAST seen in the Rats will be rats thread.. And not the one that actually RDMed, that guy got away without so much as a warning... The unjust Ban, the targeted ban, and the retard commenst is the harassment.. Its again no coincidence that he gets on after a year and a half as stated by himself before i bleeped off the game, when he catches wind that we are on.. More then likely brought on by Big Sad but thats only speculation...

But keep talking and get back to us..

Oh and no need to make a ban appeal? Murder has 1 singular staff and they are being aired out here once again... I dont imagine we will get unbanned unless one of the past Admin gets on and does it...

 Again since you didn't read, you don't have anything for the current harassment claims other then he said she said type arguments. As the person making the report its you burden to proved proof.


I never said anything about the past stuff from 2 years ago.

You also don't understand that ban appeals are really the only  time staff is required to proved evidence for bans, making one would back Lost into a corner of provide evidence or unban you alls.

So you have no evidence of any of your claims of current harassment other the minor banter on discord? (And I am including the bans that you for some reason refuse to appeal, since we can't really count those as harassment unless they were executed falsely with no evidence.)  

You now added another claim with no evidence, which letting someone break a rule isn't harassment that's just called neglect of duty, which on TTT would be classified as a Major Offense under TTT's staff guidelines and be a strike if it was a normal staff, on PH it would likely be a strike under there Three Strike Policy as well,  meanwhile Murder didn't publicly post about their strike system, but they do indeed have a three strike policy for normal staff.   How this would apply to a sitting admin is up for debate since to the majority of staff Admin's should not be getting strikes.   But for that you also would have to provide evidence for this to matter. 


The biggest take away is without any actual evidence of harassment or rule breaking we can't / won't act.

Its not simple banter it me calling his ass out and him dismissing it acting as he is untouchable..
