Change The Overtime Bonus for Traitors

Hello,

We just played a round on Christmas town that took 13 minutes because the Overtime by default in my opinion is overly generous. So traitors get an extra 30 seconds for each kill. That works well with like 5-15 players. However when there are 20+ players like there usually are, it's too long if the traitors don't move quick enough. I propose making the bonus only 15 seconds. I've played that way. It does keep things moving and more rounds do end by running out of time, but there is plenty of time to kill 20 people with 5 triators in 10 minutes (5 traitors +20 innocents and detectives with 5 minutes base time and 5 minutes total haste mode with 15 seconds per kill extra time.

Any other opinions? Is 15 seconds too short? I certainly wouldn't do less. Is 20 seconds preferred or am I just an impatient?

Probably the main reason i dont play much anymore other then life, is the rounds are too long.
With 32 people the rounds last F O R E V E R.

When i started playing this server it was not so large and not so popular. So there was a happy medium for me.

I'm sick of watching I just want to play.

I just went back to work i got shit to do with my life.
I could be catching up on sleep, cooking a good meal, reading some literature, masturbating to pornography.
I'm sorry but the dumb shit people say in death chat is nothing that holds peoples attention bla bla bla and its always 30 people complaining about "something" or showboating how they died or how they killed x amount of people. After 7 weeks of being on the server I've seen it all. I've already heard or seen it happen on the server. There is nothing new i have not seen or heard which makes sitting for 15 mins for a round to end is way too much for me. My time is precious now days. TTT2 is nice but not enough people and the playercap is low. We play around a little differently unlike the 32 people server ITS JUST FASTER AND TO THE POINT.

I think 20 would be good. That's 3 people killed for a minute to be added instead of 2.

The time extended per kill just needs to be decreased. It's something like +45 seconds added per kill, and that's awful for 32 players.

I could be wrong, but I think it's around that 30 second margin.

man that 30 seconds really is needed for larger maps and/or lesser players, i see how this is problematic but at the same time having the match be longer isnt to bad compared to not getting enough time.

Making the rounds quicker might even bring back the "originals" You know who i mean
The OG that took off when this place was not for them anymore.

I mean counter strike also has a long re spawn time but its nothing like TTT, at least with CS you know who the targets are. In this game you have no control of the speed of the round. people can sit and fuck my life away in ttt.

I disagree completely. I've played with hundreds of hours at only 15 sec per kill.

No it's not really that much. It is 30 seconds right now.

This might get some hate, but keep in mind this is just a suggestion.  Instad of Haste mode, the game could just be on a time limit for, let's say, 10 minutes, and at like the 5 min mark could be when "overtime" starts.  That way the rounds won't ever go too long.
