New Loading Screen

Exsqueeze me, who changed the loading screen to a block of text, and why? It looked so elegant before, and now it looks like it was made in MS Paint.

its too cluttered and no one is going to sit there and read it just like no one reads the motd cus rules are 95% the same on every ttt server

How can we scroll to see the rest of the rules when we still are loading? Are the scrollbars part of the MSPaint picture that is being used, taunting us with no actual scrolling possible?
