On a recent thread, we discussed how staff should never look down at other staff based on their rank. At it’s heart, this is a matter of respect. One staff member has shown an incredible lack of respect, both to fellow staff and players.

For this reason, we have decided to demote ComputingAsh47/420 to Tmod 

There have been multiple instances of him failing to follow protocol when it comes to rules enforcement. He’s explicitly ignored directives from the Admins. He’s behaved in a manner that doesn’t even approach “professional” and runs counter to the values we seek in staff. 

Between Ash and Sea Burns being demoted, we hope this drives the point home: As staff you're all on the same footing. No one is above or beneath you because of their rank.
