Anyway to add an option to be able to wear a second hat in point shop. Like just remove the trails option and replace it with hat 2 or something.

All the way back before PS2, 2 hats worked. I don't think you can equip two hats with PS2 without some serious modifications, adding equipment slots is hard as it is.
