Third party opinion here, but the hacking part is a hard call. I've hit little flicks like that in murder without assistance. His movements are strange indeed, but hard to judge is as a hack in my eyes.

The RDM though is pretty clear.

+1 He rdmed me like twice and yes he used aimbot hacks just wasn't able to get clear proof.

banned permanently at this time for mass, may have put in banned for hacking aswell by accident but still.
but yes, not enough evidence for hacking, looks pretty sus on how he aims at one guy then partway aims at the other guy without killing the first.
