Other: So this kid has been causing trouble all week. He has had multiple chances to learn, he's had gags and even a 12h ban by Abdel. He's come back and continued to mic spam. There will hopefully be evidence from others to show he has not learned anything.

I have banned this kid for three days for mic spam. Lets hope he learns.
