I think that you have a lot of potential and I've witnessed you 'joining in with the trolls' but you seem to do it at a mild level. I've never seen you cause an issue and you're a fun person to play with. That being said, I've never seen you enforce rules or fix problems although that is not your job as a regular player, so I cannot attest to what kind of staff member you would be.
