The sliding doors are closed, so Thanos could not see Skullfire's name, his name was given by his dead friend (couldn't have been a kos on skins because Thanos already had Skullfire's name). Later confirmed when Skullfire addressed it in voice chat with Thanos. He also did not have dna.
The CtrlAltDestroy guy was also frequently RDMing from map to map. Not enough to ban for consistent RDM though. I only bring this up to show the responses of the reports.

I tried to present as much evidence as possible because proving someone is ghosting is somewhat difficult when transferring it over to the forums. It's much easier to catch people ghosting with a moderator on where everyone's combined judgement is enough and they can be banned on the spot. All in all, while playing, they did not intend to follow the rules.
