At best they can be put on the watch list.

The videos were over 30 minutes long, just cut it down to make it easier for staff to watch. Will the whole video be enough for a ban?

The links showed 10 seconds for me. You can post the 30 min video link just have timestamps for events to make it easier on those watching the videos.

hey sorry for the late reply. but there's 2 links, the first one is 2-3 minutes long and contains the important bits. the reason the full video isn't posted is because they were repeating themselves the whole time, and didn't wanna waste anyone's time. but if you need more proof, ill post the whole thing and just give the timestamps.
