I can not in good conscious answer this question because it entirely depends. For one, I like rubs more than sauces on my wings which are infinitely better with bone-in wings, which also tend to have better meat to them, but they sacrifice an obvious amount of convenience and ability to be satisfied that you ate all of your food when finished. I also hate messes so when eating boneless, I can use a fork and not my hands, I hate messy finger foods, so they are much better in that regard.

It depends really. Bone-in wings are good at like a pizza place if you getem' cooked extra crispy. but at the same time boneless wings the pro is that it has no bone. It's a hard pick but because I'm a picky bitch i vote boneless.

Boneless wings are just fancier chicken nuggets change my mind.
Bone-in you'd eat for the better quality and the fried chicken skin but boneless are more clean, less messy, and more convenient to eat.
I like both, call me a degenerate but I liked to eat bone-in buffalo wings with rice and ranch to dip.

Whoever said boneless doesn't eat wings. REAL chicken wings are only bone-in.

i think boneless are in general easier to eat, and and some cases faster 2 eat so i gotta give it to them

If you are making actual wings, I'd prefer the bones in.

If you are crap at cooking (BDubs, etc.) I'll get boneless. Rather have some edible meat than none at all.
